Since 1994, Frank de Boeff has been owner of Bodec. Immediately after obtaining his Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, he set himself up in business. In addition, Frank also obtained his MBA degree at TSM Business School at the end of 2000.
Paul Deckers
Paul Deckers
Paul Deckers is one of the two founders of Bodec.
Immediately after obtaining his Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, he started Bodec together with his business partner Frank de Boeff.
Yvon de Brouwer
Yvon de Brouwer
After finishing her studies in Applied Science's Yvon started at Bodec in August 2016.
Yvon performs various tasks within Bodec, mainly consisting of assistance in the pilot plant.
Paul Craenen
Paul Craenen
In March 2015 Paul started at Bodec after the completion of the program Applied Science at Fontys as an operational engineer at Bodec. Paul is responsible for carrying out all tests in the pilot plant.
Toine Hultermans

In the end of 2011, Toine came to strengthen the Bodec team as Business Development Manager. After reading Analytical Chemistry, he successfully completed a home study in Higher Business Management. Subsequently he obtained the Post-academic Certificate in Sales and Account Leadership at the Erasmus University Rotterdam.
René Houben
René Houben
René has been working at Bodec since 1998. After his study in Chemical Engineering in Eindhoven, he first gained experience at Philips. With his knowledge and experience, René manages a team of process engineers to carry out projects as goal-oriented and efficiently as possible to obtain the best possible results.
Frans van Genesen
Frans van Genesen
Frans is senior Process Engineer. After completing his study in Food Technology, he gained years of experience as engineer in the food processing industry. The themes in his career are designing, building and implementing production plants, as well as the introduction and control of (innovative) processes and quality control.
Friso van Assema
Friso van Assema
Friso started at Bodec in January 2017. After the study Bioprocess Engineering at Wageningen he worked for DSM, NIZO and WUR. Friso has worked with enzymes, proteins and secondary streams. His knowledge of ``the chemistry of the process stream`` allows him to develop innovative processes.
