Not immediately. We always run a pilot test first to see how your product behaves on our equipment. This step is essential to ensure process stability, efficiency and reliable production performance. Before we can start full production, we first carry out a pilot run in our facilities. This allows us to understand how your material interacts with our equipment and processing conditions. During this step, we identify the right parameters, fine-tune the settings and check whether the process behaves consistently at a larger scale. Only once this validation is completed can we guarantee a stable, efficient and high-quality production setup tailored to your ingredient.
No. To remain fully independent, Bodec does not develop its own ingredients. All intellectual property and product ownership always stay with the client. We consider neutrality and reliability essential, which means we never compete with our clients in product development. By not creating our own ingredients, we ensure that all intellectual property, product ownership and technical insights always remain fully with the client. To safeguard confidentiality, we typically work under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or confidentiality agreement. This guarantees that all formulations, process data and project results are treated with the highest level of discretion. Our role is purely to support your development, never to own or commercialise it.
Absolutely. While many of our clients are based in Europe due to logistics and raw material handling, we also work with companies from outside Europe. Feel free to contact us with your request.
